Meet your coach
For over 15 years, I've built and led an international clothing business. I know the joy of creating something meaningful, and the weight of always having more to do.
My journey through yoga, meditation and somatic coaching changed how I relate to work, responsibility and myself. I still love building and creating. But I've learned that being capable of doing it all doesn't mean I have to.
I believe we can be ambitious without being consumed by ambition, and care deeply for others without putting ourselves last. Today I offer women a space to pause, question the expectations they've been carrying, and explore what they truly want.

Questions
